Rob has been practicing the noble art of self-defense of the AIKIDO for years. Casale torre Del Sasso offers the opportunity and the space to attend internships of this “Martial Art”. Sensei from around the world are invited to teach their style.

Bicycles and motorcycles will be rented out in collaboration with local entrepreneurs.
Extensive hiking trails in the beautiful mountains surrounding the estate are available.
